Yesterday was full of feline fun at Sterling Care Forest Hill as we celebrated Global Cat Day! 🐈

Our residents loved every moment of the “Cat Ears Headbands” Traveling Cart, bringing laughter and joy to every corner of the community.

The day was made even more special by a visit from our interactive cat, Sterling, who always steals the spotlight! 🐱💛

From cat-themed coloring pages to word searches, residents enjoyed a day that blended creativity, companionship, and plenty of purr-sonality.

October is National Physical Therapy Month, and we are proud to spotlight Kay K., our PTA and Director of the Therapy Department here at Sterling Care Forest Hill! 💜

Since joining us in April 2024, Kay has led our therapy team with incredible dedication, expertise, and heart. She brings a holistic approach to care, holding certifications as a Master Clinical Aromatherapist, Master Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Empowerment & Emotional Intelligence Coach. With her leadership, she ensures residents not only regain their strength but also feel supported and empowered every step of the way.

Outside of work, Kay enjoys horses, exotic animals, and serving as commissioner of her fantasy football league 🏈. Even though she drives an hour each day, she says it’s worth it because of the amazing team she leads here at Sterling Care Forest Hill.

We are grateful to celebrate Kay and the entire therapy department during National Physical Therapy Month. Thank you for making such a positive impact on our community! 💪✨
