Healing isn't always about understanding why people hurt you, but about learning to trust yourself again, establishing boundaries that protect your well-being, and building relationships that reflect the love you want and deserve rather than the pain you've experienced.

Sometimes the most loving thing you can do for yourself is accept that some questions will remain unanswered, and choose to move forward anyway.

Some people know how they’re treating you. Not everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt.

For World Mental Health Day I had the pleasure of partnering with the to share the stage with and for a sacred conversation on human connection and siblinghood.

During our talk I got to introduce my relational framework The Siblinghood Theory and I ran into so many other wonderful creators.

The summit was a beautiful way to celebrate World Mental Health Day.

If the apology isn’t sincere, why are you begging for it? Forcing someone to feel remorseful is how we coerce people into people-pleasing.

This summer I was intentional about scheduling joy.

- I’ve been learning how to do my makeup

- I took myself on my first international solo trip

- I took Bentley on his first road trip 🐶

- I took myself on a few solo dates and yes, I ate the whole bowl of fries 😌

- And I enjoyed the little reminders from nature that there is so much to keep seeing and doing in this short life we all get to live. 🦌✨
