An Integrative approach is utilized combining techniques from various orientations including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness for the benefit of each patient. roblems. Additionally, Alicia has been involved in meditation training which has provided her with a direct understanding of the mind-body connection.
