Unfortunately, I am sick with a cold and will not be teaching tonight's Moonrise Yoga class. However, my good friend and wonderful yoga teacher, Lakes Yogi will be subbing for me. Her class will leave you feeling grounded and relaxed --ready to enjoy your evening. 🌛

This weekend we are climbing into the 40’s weather! It’s a sign to get out, shake all the stagnant energy to make room for brighter energy and days ahead!
