In our latest letter to the Collective, Charlie writes about the weight of silence. While we celebrate our new home in Oak Park, we can’t ignore the heavy reports of mistreatment happening elsewhere—specifically the heartbreaking reports regarding ICE in Minnesota.

It’s easy to feel paralyzed. It’s scary to speak out. But Stoicism isn't just about "grinning and bearing it." It’s built on four virtues: Wisdom, Courage, Moderation, and Justice.

Charlie reminds us that we train for "Functional Dignity" at 134 N Ridgeland. That strength isn’t just for our own PRs; it’s for the moments we are called to pull others up. 🤝

There are two ways to show your strength:

You can push others down to feel superior.

You can pull others up to your level, seeing them eye-to-eye.
