Our spacious, modern facility features an innovative Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) program, Bridge to Health, with a cardiologist doing weekly rounds in-house.

By demonstrating compliance with national standards for advanced rehabilitation services, health care quality, and patient and resident safety in nursing home care, our facility has achieved The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval.
