30-year-old breast reduction patient   This patient came to us with concerns about large breasts and daily discomfort, including back, neck, and shoulder pain. She wore a 36G bra, had never been pregnant, and wanted a natural medium-size result that fit her frame.

I’m back in Nashville where my career in medicine began 34 years ago! I arrived at Vanderbilt for med school in August of 1991 and this year my class is here for our 30th reunion. All in all I spent 11 years here (med school, general surgery residency, plastic surgery residency) and I’m so grateful that an acquaintance in college put Vanderbilt on my radar. It literally changed my life. As an aside, the campus has changed a lot since I left, but the classroom where we learned the basics of being a doctor looks like it’s been in a time capsule!😂
