ITS OUR BIRTHDAY!!!

Time flies when you're having fun! The past 2 years have been filled with love and support from our community and we just want to say thank you to every single person that has passed through our doors.

I have learned a lot the past couple years and it has been HARD. I'd do it all over again even just to help one person. I spent every night for months planning and organizing this office to be a safe and comfortable space for my patients to be able to truly heal and feel heard. Every day that dream becomes a reality.

So thank you. Thank you for being there to support us. Thank you for trusting us to help you. Thank you for your referrals. Thank you for the funny stories and garden updates.

Shout out to for making these gorgeous cookies for us to share with our patients today!! I snuck one last night and they are delicious!!
