CRYOFACIALS 😌 is another great service we provide in addition to CryoSculpting, CryoAesthetics, and more! Check out my 1:30 sec video below ⬇️ to find out more about what Cryofacials (Frotox) are, and the benefits of our treatments at Blue Ridge Cryo, LLC!
A question I get asked a lot is “What is the difference between Botox and Frotox (Cryofacial)?” “Can I get a Frotox if I am receiving Botox treatments?”
Botox and Frotox are both cosmetic treatments, but they use different substances and techniques. 🤗
➡️ Botox, short for Botulinum toxin, are injection shots that use a toxin to prevent a muscle from moving for a limited time. These shots are often used to smooth wrinkles and fine lines on the face. Botox shots may also help prevent migraines in some people.
➡️ Frotox, on the other hand, involves the use of cold temperatures, typically through a device that applies cryotherapy to the skin. It aims to tighten the skin and reduce wrinkles by stimulating collagen production and improving blood circulation.
YES! 😃, Botox and Frotox can be used together as complementary treatments (we treat many who do both 🤗), but it’s generally recommended to wait at least two weeks after receiving Botox injections before undergoing a Frotox treatment. This allows the Botox to fully take effect and settle into the muscles before introducing our treatments. 🤗❄️ You can always consult with your healthcare provider or dermatologist for personalized advice based on your individual circumstances, and the specific treatments you've received should you have questions before getting your Frotox! ❄️
Glowing skin is always in, radiating confidence and beauty from within! 😉
