Introducing Sound Bath Yoga this Sunday November 2nd 12:30-1:30pm!
A sound bath is an immersive full-body listening experience that intentionally uses resonant sound from a variety of instruments to help reduce stress and promote full body relaxation. You can expect to practice breathwork and some very gentle movement to help you begin to wind down during the first 15 minutes, then you can make your way to a comfortable position and allow yourself to rest while the practitioner plays the instruments for the remainder of the hour. Props will be provided, but feel free to bring a blanket or an extra pillow if you would like!
Using infrared heat panels, our studio is heated to 84-90 degrees for this class.
