Today we remember Mark Spain on Lynchburg's Purple Out Thursday. He brought us all not just the news but also community as a friendly face we all came to enjoy on our tv's every evening. His family and friends are in our hearts today as the community goes purple to remember.

This week marks one year since the passing of local legend Mark Spain. To honor Mark’s memory and help bring awareness to pancreatic cancer, we hope you will join us in the Purple Out for Mark on Thursday, December 18. Wear purple, create purple signs or light buildings purple if you are able.

Scheduled Appointments for 12/08/25: Your study coordinator will reach out to reschedule and answer your questions.

We plan on answering our phones today so call with questions or if you would like to enroll in a future study.
