Hi Ms. Titus:

My name is Robin and today I called Impressions Pediatric Therapy and had to leave my number for a return call. Immediately, I received a call back from Kelly Hawkins. The purpose of this show my appreciation for her service today and explain to you how awesome my experience was with her.

For weeks, I have been calling around, trying to get therapy for my grandson who has not been eating food. His doctor, nutritionist and other therapies diagnosed him with a sensory food aversion. Ms. Hawkins is the first person of all the conversations that I have had with different agencies who immediately engaged me as a concerned parent, she dived into my grandson's situation, explaining his symptoms with powerful advice with so much energy and interest.

In this journey of trying to find suitable health care for therapies and evaluations as his needs are, I've come across many derailing obstacles that get in the way of getting my grandson the immediate attention that I believe he needs. Today, I received the confidence to keep striving from Ms. Hawkins and I understand the path that I need to stay on. I'm so encouraged and I appreciate the time that Ms. Hawkins took with me, showing me that she cared. It is an awesome feeling to know that there are people like Ms. Hawkins who are willing to give just a little bit more to make the difference in the most professional way. Please acknowledge her and inform her of my gratitude.
