HAPPPPPY MONDAYYYY!
+ Happy Month Of April 🔥
New Month. . . Means NEW results and NEW intentions!
I am going to be making these months sequels of each other again, which I find many benefits in going into summer months.
+ bringing back infrared sauna time Thursday mornings. ♨️ as I find this the BEST way to end our week.
April - CORE FOCUSED
We will be doing a lot of HIIT burns using abs with lighter weights.
Balancing & Burning 🥵🔥
May - MUSCLES & MOVEMENT.
We will be increasing weights in classes & work on muscle building and bone strengthening, while getting more cardio movement walking, hiking, running! 👣
+ I will soon be adding in some lengthening & stretching and relaxation into our classes just need to figure out how to incorporate this without it not feeling beneficial for your time!
This is coming in SUMMER!
