GOOD NEWS!!! BSW & Blue Cross Blue Shield have extended their current contract for 90 days while they continue negotiations…Phew!!! Let’s hope the can resolve this in the next 90 days!

Patients with BCBSTX insurance who want to deliver/have surgery at BSW:

There is a good possibility that the Baylor Scott & White Health System & BCBSTX insurance will not come to an agreement by the July 1st deadline. Don’t worry!!! You can still deliver or have surgery with us at the Presby Rockwall hospital. If you are BCBS and currently scheduled for BSW after July 1st, our surgery coordinator will contact you to talk about your options.

We will be keeping a close eye on the situation and will work with you to make sure you have a successful delivery/surgery.

Shayna joins us with an L&D nursing background. We are excited to add her experience and knowledge to our family.

Shayna will be starting on Nov 16th. We have her on board with most major insurance companies, with a few more pending.
