Texas Massage and Spa does this by massaging the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of the blood returning to the heart. If you want to de-stress and become completely relaxed, then a Swedish massage is perfect for you. We have specials running regularly--Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. Our deep tissue massage is a technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscles and the facia. The therapist will use firmer pressure to reach these areas to get them to release, giving you an increased range of motion. Reflexology reduces stress and pain, increases relaxation, revitalizes energy, helps the body to remove toxins, and increases circulation. This allows your body to better process and receive nutrients in the blood, helping the body to heal better. We apply pressure to areas of the feet, hands, and ears that correspond to organs and systems throughout your body. This is a great way to increase your health. We offer 30-minute sessions for $25 and 60-minute sessions for $45.
