🌱Here are some helpful tips to encourage long lasting results from your massage session. Don't forget, your therapist will have special advice just for you!

Stretch: Gentle stretching can help maintain the benefits of the massage and can aid in preventing muscle stiffness. However, make sure to emphasize that stretches should be gentle and not forced to avoid any strain or injury.

Hydrate: Proper hydration helps to flush out toxins that may have been released during the massage and can also help to prevent muscle soreness.

Warm Shower/ Bath: Heat will keep your muscles at ease and promote further relaxation; Adding epson salt is highly recommended!

Restful sleep: The body repairs and restores itself during deep sleep. After a massage, which can sometimes cause minor muscle soreness due to the release of tension, a good night's sleep can aid in quicker recovery and tissue repair.

Book your next massage: while a single massage session can provide relief, regular sessions can offer more long-term benefits and keep you on track!
