Karen Hatcher walked back through our doors today—not as a patient, but as a success story. 💙

Karen was with us at Ridgecrest from October to November 2025 for skilled nursing and therapy. Today, she stopped by simply because she was in the neighborhood and wanted to see the team who helped her get her life back. That kind of visit means everything to us.

She shared how thankful she was for the care, encouragement, and dedication she experienced during her stay—and seeing her fully recovered, smiling, and thriving is exactly why we do what we do every day.

Moments like this remind us that therapy isn’t just about progress on paper. It’s about helping people return to their lives, their routines, and their independence. And sometimes… it brings them back just to say hello. 🏡✨

What an incredible day at our Ridgecrest Community Bash! 🎉🌸

We had such a wonderful time welcoming residents, families, neighbors, and friends from the community to enjoy a day full of connection, laughter, and fun. From the petting zoo 🐐 to giant games like Connect 4, Jenga, basketball, and co****le, there was something for everyone!

Guests enjoyed delicious catered tacos and barritas, refreshing slushies and drinks, great music, and even free blood pressure screenings provided by our nursing team. Most importantly, it was a beautiful opportunity to spend time together and show what makes Ridgecrest such a special place.

Seeing our residents smiling, families visiting, and the community coming together meant so much to our team. Thank you to everyone who came out to support us and be part of the day — we loved having you here! ❤️

Some of our sweet residents enjoyed a special trip to Lakepointe Church to celebrate Easter, and it was truly a beautiful time of worship, fellowship, and community connection.

Today at Ridgecrest Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, we enjoyed a wonderful Good Friday and Easter celebration with our residents and their families! 🐣💐

The Easter Bunny made a special visit, bringing smiles, laughter, sweet treats, popcorn, candy, and lots of festive fun for everyone. Moments like these remind us how special it is to celebrate together as a community.

A special thank you to Jared of Vista Healthcare and Tyra from Social Services for being part of today’s celebration and helping make it even more meaningful.

Our lovely resident Nancy recently enjoyed a special visit from members of SPJST Lodge 180, an organization she faithfully served as President for many years and now continues to support as their Honorary President. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with cookies, punch, laughter, and time spent with dear friends.

To make the visit even more meaningful, members of SPJST Lodge 180 brought decorative cozy footie socks and Easter candy for Ms. Nancy to share with her fellow residents — continuing their long tradition of spreading kindness to nursing home communities.

We are so proud to celebrate Ms. Nancy and grateful to SPJST Lodge 180 for bringing comfort, friendship, and Easter cheer to our Ridgecrest family. 🧦🌷🍬

The Moore family surprised her with beautiful flowers and a heartfelt card thanking her for being “the angel we needed during the hardest time we have ever been through.” They shared that throughout life you meet exceptional people who leave a lasting impression—and Aubrie is one of those people.
