Что самое тяжелое в реабилитации пациентов после тяжелых травм или сложнейших операций? Прокрастинация. Это не желание тела возвращаться на круги своя. А надо… Начинаем с маленьких побед. Но каждый день. Каждый день нужно действие. Начиная с 5 минутной зарядки утром. На следующей неделе- добавить 5 минут и вечером. Потом увеличить до 15 минут утром и вечером. Потом добавить к этому одну прогулку. Потом две. Потом спортзал 1 час в неделю. И не надо переходить к следующему этапу пока всю неделю не будешь регулярно выполнять все действия. Борюсь)). Но не сдаюсь.(
