The average man spends 67 minutes in the car each day. The slight tilt from sitting on your wallet has been shown to put pressure on your sciatic nerve causing lower back pain and/or pain down the leg. So either spend more money to thin out that wallet or take it out when you drive and sit 😊

Hypothyroidism is probably one of the most misdiagnosed and misunderstood hormonal disorders. You must have a complete thyroid panel not just TSH to figure out the underlying cause and thus the best solution.

Big Announcement: As of August 12th, 2022, I no longer work at Active Life Chiro. While I enjoyed the experience and the people I treated, I was offered a more fitting and beneficial opportunity at Forsyth Chiropractic in Forsyth, MO. I still reside in Springfield and will be offering mobile appointments and zoom meetings for my chiropractic and functional medicine appointments in Springfield, Stockton and surrounding areas. Mobile Appts and Zoom meetings will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons after 1 pm. Weekends may be available but it will be on a case by case basis.
