Staff Spotlight | Meet Jose B.
Today we are proud to spotlight Jose B., a valued member of our Therapy Department at Arcadia Care at Hickory Point.
Jose brings 28 years of healthcare experience, including more than 14 years serving residents in our community. His passion for helping others began while studying physical therapy, where he discovered occupational therapy assisting and realized it was the perfect path for helping people regain independence and confidence.
In his role, Jose focuses on helping residents optimize their potential, achieve their goals, and build the confidence needed to return to the activities and independence they enjoy. He believes that residents can often be some of our greatest teachers, helping caregivers grow into better and more compassionate people.
Jose says one of the things that makes our community special is the team’s experience and ability to adapt to the ever-changing healthcare environment, always keeping residents’ needs at the center of care.
