Speak Love
We don't know what another person is going through.
What their circumstances are.
Most the time, unless they are healed their emotions control their actions.
I tell my clients that healing is messy. VERY MESSY! I get!
In general, two responses for that. One is a look of "Oh?" and the other is "Oh Yes!"
Neither of them are they in full realization of the depth it will need to go in order to heal at that level.
We're human.
We experience things every day that can uncover a spot that needs to be healed.
No matter how much we feel we've healed, there's always something.
Eventually in our healing journey if we put true effort towards it we begin to recognize the spots when they occur.
We pause and reflect so we don't repeat the cycle that was just spewed on us by someone else in their own hurt.
Watching the process unwind.
Silence isn't unseen, it's a choice while you move through things so you don't spew things that could hurt others.
One of the greatest things you can do for yourself and those that you love is to have the courage to heal so that the cycle stops.
To get out of yourself, and to look at the whole picture instead of being reactive.
When you choose to be immediate and reactive, you don’t see the whole picture or the whole circumstances that have come into view.
It’s like an accident.
The person that is on the one corner sees a different view of how the accident happened compared to the person who is at the opposite side of the accident.
Both see the truth in the accident, but their perception is different as they were in different positions.
Not to mention the age, s*x or experience of each individual, which also comes into their perspective of the situation.
One of the bravest things you can do is choose to heal.
To love yourself enough to move through the mess.
Which will teach others around you, that it’s ok to do so for themselves.
When you are healed, you learn to love them where they are at. You meet them like Jesus would. Bring in the fruits of the spirit – Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control.
May you heal and may Jesus embrace you while you work through the process that is going to be messy.
God Bless You and Keep You.
