Sports drinks and juice might seem like healthy choices, but they can pack a serious sugar punch.

👉 A typical sports drink can have 20–35 grams of sugar in one bottle
👉 An 8 oz serving of 100% juice has about 20–25 grams of natural sugar

That’s close to (or more than) the daily recommended sugar limit for kids in just one drink! 🤯
