You may have heard us cheer for someone in class for a beautiful modification and we mean it every time! 📣

Modifications aren’t a step back, they’re the beginning of building real strength. They mean you’re listening to your body, learning control, and moving with intention.

It’s also part of something bigger: learning to love and accept the perfection and uniqueness of your own body instead of trying to force it to look like someone else’s movement. 🙏🏻

Modifications aren’t the easy way out, they’re the smart way in.

One of Joseph Pilates’ original 34 exercises, and no joke, one of the most challenging in the entire method. The Teaser requires strength, control, balance, and coordination all working together at once.

Our pop-ups are popping, y’all! We have a fun lineup planned during spring break, including a Kids Yoga class. 🧘🧘‍♀️❤️

Join us for Deep Core Connection! We’ll be hosting a very special no-questions-off-limits interview with Forsyth’s own pelvic floor therapist, Jodi Brown of followed by a class where we will implement what we learn from her. 📝

You’ve been asking for a level-up class, so here it is! Suspension Sculpt will utilize our signature Pilates pulleys to challenge you in new ways. 💪

Pregnancy doesn’t mean eliminating movement. It means approaching it with intention.

One of the most common concerns in class is supine positioning. While lying flat can compress the inferior vena cava and lead to symptoms like dizziness or nausea, the solution isn’t always to remove these exercises entirely.

Instead, we focus on how we can adapt.

At YPB, we adjust angles, add support, limit time when needed, and most importantly we coach in real time. Every client is different, and our approach reflects that.

The goal isn’t to do less.
It’s to do what’s appropriate, effective, and supportive for the body in front of us.

This is what intentional training during pregnancy looks like.
