We need you! The Public Service Commission (PSC) is preparing to hold public forums starting in June concerning the MARL Transmission line. We need you & your support to oppose the MARL Transmission lines that’s proposed to come through Hampshire, Mineral, Preston, & Mon Counties. It does not benefit West Virginia & in fact, it will be detrimental to our historical farms, farms still in operation, private landowners, the environment, families that reside in close proximity to these lines, and ratepayers (which is majority of WV residents). There are smarter ways to get the power needed for these data centers in VA than claiming another 200 foot right away of WV soil.
⚡️We will also be holding another Intervenor clinic 10 am this Saturday at The Stadell at Brookedale. Please come out and fill out an application to become an intervenor. This basically says you oppose the lines & in a formal way. There is no cost but this step shows you are serious. It goes beyond a signature on a petition or Public Service comment. If you are an a resident of WV, property owner - whether you are directly impacted or not, business owner, or concerned citizen please come out May 23rd to Brookedale at 10 am & support our grassroots group & become an intervenor.
