🎄 Little Oaks Respite Holiday Camp Sign-Up is OPEN! 🎄

Respite camp registration for the holiday season is happening NOW! If your child is currently enrolled in the CLTS program and would like to join us for our fun and festive farm-based holiday camp, please reach out to your CLTS worker to reserve a spot.

Our camp days this year are:
December 22nd, 23rd, 29th, and 30th

Little Oaks offers a warm, relaxed, and supportive environment where campers can:

📍 Drop-off at 511 Madison Ave., Fort Atkinson, WI 53538

Nonperishable foods

Middle school can feel overwhelming, but no one has to go through it alone.

This 6-week group is designed for girls entering 5th–7th grade who want to:

✨ Manage anxiety
✨ Strengthen friendships
