NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Certified Integrative Health & Fitness Coach Thank you for your support! Audra
Throughout high school, I struggled tremendously with body image issues and Anorexia Nervosa. This continued for several years and took a toll not only on my physical health but on my mental health as well. With the support of friends and counseling, I was able to take control of my health. In college, I studied Kinesiology, and since that time, have dreamed about becoming a personal trainer/healt
h coach. Life took me in a different direction after college and I took an accounting position because it was a “safer” career choice. After this came marriage, Logan, divorce, marriage, Harper and Hawkin, and many other life events. Through each life event, I still kept my dream in the back of my mind. I’ve decided that I’ve waited long enough and took the leap to open my own business and I couldn’t be more excited. I work one-on-one with clients to help them reach their fitness goals, answer nutritional questions, and provide support through their journey. I also offer training to people that are more comfortable going through the journey with a friend! I was never quite comfortable at the “traditional” gyms; so if this is you as well, I may be a great fit! I have started small group classes as well (4-5 people per class). I enjoy the group exercise atmosphere, however, I still want to be able to focus on each person. Please reach out to me if you are thinking of starting a new journey for yourself! I believe everybody shape is beautiful - I focus on bettering your health and helping you see how great you are! I offer free consultation appointments to discuss goals/health issues; this allows clients to determine if I’m the best fit for them or not.

Obviously I haven't posted in quite some time. Life has had some changes, but I still have my passion for health and fitness. I was juicing tonight and figured I'd share my thoughts.
Tonight I made celery and carrot juice. It's definitely an acquired taste 🤷♀️. I know there are those that criticize juicing, which I do understand. When you juice, much of the fiber comes out in the pulp, which many throw away.
Did you know you can use the pulp so you aren't losing the fiber?! I kept the pulp and will sneak it into muffins (🤫 don't tell my kids). You can add the pulp to muffins, breads, casseroles, salads, and even simmer in broth for extra flavor.
It's not everyone's cup of tea but thought I'd share ♥️ Below is a picture of the pulp after juicing carrots, not a container of cheese puffs 🤣

February class registration is open:
Tuesday Butts & Guts 5:30pm
Thursday Station Sensation 5:30pm
Saturday Boot Camp 8:30am
*Announcement*
I have made the very hard decision that I will not be renewing my lease for the studio. As much as I love training and teaching classes, I need to focus more on my family. I've tried very hard to make it all work, but having the schedule I do doesn't allow me much time with my kids and husband. I hope to be able to still teach a class or two at some point, as I really do love it.
I do apologize for not speaking to each person individually. I am not trying to be sneaky or disrespectful in any way. It's been a hard decision to make.
My lease expires at the end of May; if there is another business interested in the space, then I will be closing sooner. I will keep everyone updated.
Thank you SO much for all of the support you have given me. Having my own studio was a dream, and I'm very grateful I had the opportunity to be in business for these years.
I've gone back to school to finish my teaching degree for Special Education. Making this change in careers is what's best for my family. Again, thank you for all of the support.
