🌈 Proud to Celebrate Disability Pride 🌈

MyPath was honored to be a lead sponsor of the Disability Pride Madison Festival, held this past month.

This incredible, family-friendly event brought the community together to celebrate disability pride, culture, and inclusion, with the spotlight on the voices, talents, and leadership of disabled individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

From live performances and adaptive sports demos (including aerial wheelchair dancing!) to a colorful parade and kids’ activities hosted by the Madison Children's Museum and Art Cart, the day was filled with energy, joy, and connection.

At MyPath, we believe in building communities where everyone belongs, and where every person’s identity is valued, seen, and celebrated.

👏 Thank you to the organizers, performers, and attendees who made the festival a powerful celebration of inclusion and pride. We’re proud to stand with you.

The feeling of hope is powerful, but when you're surrounded by it, it multiplies.

That’s exactly what we experienced at the United in Hope: International Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) Conference—a gathering of hundreds from across the globe, all united by optimism, purpose, and progress for those living with PWS.

One family shared what keeps them going:

💬 “Knowing that we’re not alone, feeling hope for the future, and hearing how loved and valued my son is.”

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. The future is brighter when we face it together. 💙

⚾ Take Me Out to the Ball Game! ⚾

In early July, participants and employee-owners from Paragon Community Services, a MyPath Company, enjoyed a fun-filled outing to a Green Bay Rockers Baseball Club daytime game! 🎉

A total of 25 attendees came out to cheer, connect, and enjoy America’s favorite pastime.

The Rockers have been hosting these special community games for nearly a decade, welcoming local day programs, nursing homes, kids' camps, and more.

Each ticket included lunch and, to make things even sweeter, everyone went home with a free Rockers baseball cap! 🧢

Daytime games like this are a rare treat and offer a great opportunity for our participants to enjoy the sunshine, spend time with friends, and feel part of the larger Green Bay community. 💙

⭐️ Meet Amy Peters, Therapist at Genesee Lake School, (GLS), a MyPath Company, and the newly appointed Chair of the Mental Health Pathfinders !

Since joining GLS a little over a year ago, Amy has brought compassion, energy, and a deep commitment to supporting youth in residential settings. With a professional background rooted in therapeutic care and a passion for promoting well-being, Amy is excited to lead the Mental Health Pathfinders group across MyPath.

“Even as a therapist, I sometimes forget to slow down and take care of my own mental health,” Amy shared. “That’s why this opportunity means so much to me—to remind us all how essential it is to prioritize our mental health, especially in the work we do.”

Amy hopes to use this platform to raise awareness, encourage self-care, and create meaningful conversations that support all employee-owners. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors (when it’s not too hot!), being with her kids, family, and friends, and listening to music. 🎶

We’re excited to see Amy step into this role and help build a stronger, more supportive workplace community. 💚
