💙 The Salute to Service Pathfinders was honored to attend the Building the Fisher House Wisconsin event in Madison.

Set to break ground in June 2026, the Madison Fisher House will give families of Veterans receiving care at the Middleton VA Hospital a free place to stay—with meals, comfort, and support—during difficult times.

Hearing firsthand stories from families who’ve stayed at the Milwaukee Fisher House was a powerful reminder of the impact this model provides. With more than 100 homes nationwide, Fisher Houses support 1,400 families every day.

We’re proud to support this project and look forward to future collaborations. 🇺🇸

💙 In a recent survey, 96% of families said they would recommend our services to others.

To us, this isn’t just a statistic.

It’s a reflection of the trust families place in us and the dedication of our employee-owners who show up every day with passion, care, and expertise.

At Prader-Willi Homes, a MyPath Company, we provide homes with a heart. Knowing that families feel supported, respected, and confident enough to recommend us shows we’re living our mission.

👏 Thank you to our families for your trust, and to our incredible team for making this impact possible.

🌟 We’re proud to see our colleague, John Sholund, featured in The Capital Times!

John shared his perspective on the power of employee ownership.

For more than 11 years, he has dedicated his career to supporting students at The Richardson School, one of MyPath’s eight employee-owned companies.

In his guest column, John reflects on the challenges and rewards of this work, and how our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) provides both financial security and a culture of accountability, purpose, and respect.

👏 John’s story is a testament to how employee ownership strengthens retention, builds wealth, and creates environments where employees and those we serve can thrive.

We’re grateful for his leadership and proud to join him in advocating for expanding ESOPs to give more workers a real stake in the companies they help build.

📖 Read John’s full column:

John Sholund: Giving workers a share of the companies they work for fosters a culture rooted in accountability, shared purpose and mutual respect.
