HIL is looking for 1st or 2nd shift caregivers working every other weekend and some holidays. We currently have 9 homes that are either CBRFs or long term behavioral homes, what best fits you?
WE PROVIDE ALL TRAINING needed to get you started, and also on-going training and support!!
Great opportunity for a Nursing student or a Caregiver looking to gain more experience!
Responsibilities:
• One-on-One care assisting clients in their homes
• Build meaningful relationships and get to know each one of their unique preferences and personalities
• Engage in daily activates
• Notify management of changes in condition
• Follow all ISP care plans and DHS 83 rules
• ADL's including transfers and personal care (bathing, toileting, hygiene needs) as needed
• Medication management
• Companionship and meal preparation
• Transportation and light housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned responsibilities
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred
• 18 years or older
• Successful completion of a caregiver background check, TB test and Health Screen
• Every other weekend availability
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be able to physically assist with client transfers and perform all caregiving duties
• NO VACCINE REQUIRED
Pay:
$14/15 per hour + $17/per on weekends
Referral Bonus Program - $2,000 Bonus, no limit on referrals
