Sherwood Oaks has been a privately owned nursing facility for over 30 years.We are experienced in short term rehabilitation, respite care, hospice and those suffering from memory loss.We offer an extensive activity program to meet the individual needs. Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy is offered 5 days per week and is covered under most medical insurance plans. A dentist come to the facility routinley to provide on site dental check-ups and cleaning services. Laboratory service is provided by a local phlebotomist twice per week in the facility. 24 hour licensed nursing care is provided and includes medication administrationm, wound care, and the over seeing of medical care needed for each individual. Pharmacy Services: Medications are delivered to our facility daily by our pharmacy. We offer a varied and delicious menu. All meals are prepared onsite and dilivered to residents in their preferred dining area three times per day. Personal preferences and dietary needs are evaluated on admission and are quarterly for each resident. We also have an on site Beuty Salon that provides cuts, colors, sets, and manicures. We have housekeeping staff working 7 days per week. The facility provides an excellent cleaning staff who keep the the facility sparkling and smelling pleasant daily.
