Autumn Pointe Assisted Living Community Autumn Pointe Assisted Living Community is located in Ft. Calhoun, Nebraska. We pride ourselves on having a close-knit, family atmosphere at Autumn Pointe.

Many of our staff and residents were raised in the area and have lived here for many years. Autumn Pointe is an extension of the home life our residents are used to, allowing them to stay in the same small community among the friends and family they’re familiar with. New residents who come to live here from farther away soon find the welcoming staff and residents help make the transition as comfor

Yesterday we added to our community rock snake that the Positive Pebbles Pioneer Pals 4-H Club started with us. The students from The Nest Preschool painted rocks with our residents on Tuesday and after drying overnight, we added them to the snake.

We had a wonderful hour of music this afternoon. Dreamweaver Foundation presented us with Ben Tomasello, a Merrymaker entertainer. He was amazing according to the residents. They smiled, they laughed, they cried, and they dang along. Thanks for coming out Ben!
