These LEDs have been around for quite awhile, originating around 2004. When they first came out they were extremely popular and became one of the first Flow Props I began to use.

Everything you do is practice for the future; practice peace, instead of stress.
What is flow to you? Do you believe peace can be practiced?
My flow is my peace, my balance. Without my flow I feel lost and negative. As someone who “run’d and gun’d” for over a decade, I now find myself finding peace and love again as I once did as a child. I found that life with practiced peace is good, if not better.

Hi everyone! First off, I am extremely sorry it has taken me this long to post another video! Not only was the summer packed full of fun and adventures, but also found a bump in the road with technology. But hey, at least I spent my summer focusing on loved ones instead of worrying about what social media had to offer.
