Not every thought we have is true, helpful, or worth holding onto. By practicing the skill of observing our thoughts rather than identifying with them, we create space for clarity, self-compassion, and healing.

To practice observing your thoughts try picturing your thoughts as clouds drifting by in the sky or leaves floating down a stream. You don’t have to chase your thoughts — you can simply let them pass. 🌊
