Some argue that fasted workouts enhance fat burning and metabolic health. Others claim that eating beforehand helps you train harder, recover faster, and build muscle more effectively. Join us for our spring cohort of our Eating Disorder Support Group led by eating disorder specialist Charlotte Carlson, MS RDN! This support group dives into nutrition basics, recovery support, joyful movement, body image, challenging fear foods, and more.
