To all of our first responders across Northern Colorado — thank you for your unwavering service.

For National First Responder Appreciation Day, Health4Heroes led a region-wide initiative to deliver 16 gift baskets packed with wellness gear from our incredible partners. Our friends at MTech Mechanical jumped in for a volunteer day and helped our team deliver each basket to local agencies in Larimer and Weld counties.

It was an honor to meet our responders, share some encouragement, and recognize the men and women who show up for our communities every single day.

We’re grateful for your dedication, your sacrifices, and your commitment to protecting and serving. Thank you for all you do.

Huge shoutout to Mtech Mechanical for stepping up and making this mission a complete success!

Today our team joined Mission Reconnect, hosted by the Larimer County Department of Health & Environment — a day focused on connection, wellness, and resilience.

Health4Heroes led two panel discussions on life after service, featuring three incredible veterans who shared their experiences and insights on transition and personal growth.

In the afternoon, we hosted two restorative yoga and sound bath sessions for veterans, family members, and community partners — offering time to recharge and reset.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to represent the veteran community and share practical tools for building health, wellness, and resilience.
Thank you for bringing together so many organizations dedicated to supporting our local heroes. We look forward to doing it again.

This week we’re celebrating Eric — a Marine veteran, longtime Health4Heroes member, and one of our incredible volunteer leaders. 🇺🇸

Eric has been part of our community for nearly 3 years, and for the last year, he’s stepped up to lead workouts and activities that keep our members moving, connecting, and thriving. 💪

Whether he’s crushing it in CrossFit or helping others push past their limits, Eric embodies what it means to take command—in fitness, in life, and in service to others.

We’re grateful for his leadership, energy, and commitment to the mission. 🙌
