Mother’s Day at MorningStar is about more than flowers and brunches. It is about honoring the wisdom, strength, warmth, and unconditional love that make a house feel like home and a family feel connected.

Across our communities, we are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the remarkable women who have cared for, encouraged, supported, and inspired those around them for so many years.

Braving the snowy weather in search of plants and a little hope for sunny days ahead.

Our residents enjoyed getting out together to shop for flowers and greenery, already dreaming of warmer weather and blooming gardens. Sometimes a little snow cannot stop spring spirit.

From elegant hats to bold and creative designs, our residents brought plenty of style and personality to the celebration. The room was filled with laughter, fun, and a little Derby Day flair.

Our monthly art lessons are bringing out some incredible talent.

Residents are exploring new techniques, expressing their creativity, and creating pieces they can truly be proud of. It is amazing to see how each class builds confidence and brings out the artist in everyone.

Flower crafting brought so many smiles to our community.

Residents enjoyed a creative and relaxing time designing beautiful arrangements, each one unique and full of personality. It was a wonderful way to spend time together and celebrate a little beauty in the day.

We stepped back in time during our visit to Fort Collins historic Avery House. Poudre Landmarks has done an amazing job preserving this special part of Old Towns history!

During our visit to Lee Martinez Farm, residents were delighted to see the spring babies out and about. From playful little ones to peaceful moments in the sunshine, it was a joyful experience filled with smiles and wonder.
