Weak arch intrinsic muscles can lead to poor stability, foot fatigue, and inefficient running. Strengthen the foundation of your feet to run stronger and stay injury-free. 🦶💪

Strong, stable hips = better running 🏃‍♂️

A common weakness in runners is the gluteus medius, the muscle that stabilizes your pelvis and keeps your stride efficient. When it’s weak, hips drop, knees collapse inward, and injury risk increases.

Strengthening your glutes helps you run stronger, longer, and pain-free.
