Everyone already knows he made his arrival, but now you get to see his adorable face 💙 Both mama and baby are doing great, and we couldn’t be more excited for the Anderson family!

🚨 BIG NEWS: We’re Expanding! 🚨
Construction is officially underway on the space right next door to our current clinic — which means BIG things are coming for UpSlope:
🏋️ More gym space
💪 More equipment
🛋 A fresh, upgraded waiting area
We’ll still be open during construction (you may hear a little extra noise 🎶🔨), but every hammer swing is building the future of UpSlope.
This expansion is all about YOU — creating more room, more resources, and more opportunities to move better, recover faster, and crush your goals.
We can’t wait to share the new space with you soon. 🙌

✨ So many fresh faces at UpSlope! ✨ This summer we’ve welcomed Dr. Genesis Helms, DPT to our physical therapy team and Emma Harrison as our new Patient Care Coordinator. They bring fresh energy, new skills, and a shared passion for helping you move and feel your best.
We also have a little baby joy to celebrate — Dr. Sara Anderson is on maternity leave after welcoming her beautiful baby boy, Asher. (Pics coming soon! 🍼💙)
That’s not all… we’ve got another BIG announcement coming that will change the way you move at UpSlope. 👀 Stay tuned — you’re going to love what’s next.
