Did you know it is Women's International day today? Well as much as we love to celebrate all the women who have achieved great stuff out there thank you, and thank you for making this day possible. One thing we should also celebrate is the little things that we think no one sees but YOU should celebrate yourself too no matter if someone notices or not, but you do. If you have realized your mental health, then you have achieved something by taking care of yourself you have done more than enough, and you should celebrate little goals too because you are not where you used to be in the past, but now in the present and if you are just getting started, guess what that is still an achievement because you have taken the first step to care for YOU so CELEBRATE, always.

When it comes to Mental Health we always think it is only in the mind, but in reality everything in you makes a difference just how our whole body works together to accomplish one easy motion as feeding ourselves.
Our physical and Mental health go hand in hand, it doesn't mean you have to be 100 percent fit it only means that we need to keep exercise in our routine at least 20 minutes a day to help reduce stress or anxiety.

If we have a mental illness sometimes society sees it as a "bad" thing, which in return it makes us feel insecure and believe what society thinks, and this ends up making us worse but we feel we can not talk about it because we will get judge, lose a job, a loved one will not want to be near us. In reality what we need is support by being calm, patience, and reassurance, we have had enough of putting ourselves down and society doing it also makes it even harder to deal with here are some tips to help out:
Patience: Sometimes it is hard to understand why your loved one has a mental illness and you end up blaming yourself which in return creates anger, the reality is no one is at fault but it happens and what that person needs is patience from you especially if you are the one they trust.
* Be calm: that person is already overthinking things and feeling like they are exaggerating about all of this. causing anxiety to themselves and putting themselves down, but if you show them that they can tell you what they feel and you listened and stay calm, they can stay calm and get through it.
Reassurance: Sometimes people need that reassurance from others because all they see is the negativity of everything going wrong but in reality, if they get reassured that it will be ok and will get through they will too believe they can Because the reality is they CAN get through it with support and trust from their loved ones and mainly themselves.

Some support for your loved one, friend, brother, sister, child, is what helps them get through their tuff situation, it just means to hear them out, help guide them through their right way. you will be surprised how each one of us has a unique talent hidden all we need is a little help for us to see our own talents.
