We got (almost) the whole team together last night!!! 🎉🎉🎉 (just missing )

Every quarter we have our “Culture Care Meetings” to inform the team, nurture our relationships, and simply spend quality time together. This one was extra special. And it was ’s birthday!!!

Northern Colorado sure is lucky to have this amazing group of doulas. ❤️✨🌈

Cada trimestre tenemos “Reuniones sobre el cuidado de la cultura” para informar a nuestro equipo, fomentar nuestra relación y simplemente pasar tiempo de calidad juntos. Éste fue muy encantador. ¡¡¡Y era el cumpleaños de !!!

El norte de Colorado tiene suerte de tener este increíble grupo de doulas.

Hi Im Carly! Im the gal behind Sol Shine Doula Services. ☀️ My first child’s labor and birth ( he’s almost 8!) is what planted the seed to become a Doula for me. It was through that experience I learned the value of what a Doula could do for
you and how important every detail can shape your labor and birth experience. At the same time I became very interested in plant medicine and graduated from the Equinox Center of Herbal Studies. I now am taking an in depth course focusing on fertility all the way to menopause. I studied through the Birthing Advocacy for postpartum care and did my full spectrum trainings through Peaceful Birth Company. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you through pregnancy birth and beyond!

Our next Birth Story Circle will be Friday, February 10th at PBC! Join for a trauma-informed, inclusive community event. This is an opportunity for everyone’s stories to be shared, for all of us to show up authentically and support one another 🌀

What can you expect from our Birth Story Circles?

❤️A chance to share your birth story and all the nuances within it, allowing the opportunity for processing, celebrating, and/or validating the experience. Whatever you may need.
💜A chance to simply listen to other birth stories.
🧡A chance to learn, grow, and heal.
💛A chance to connect and build community.
💙A safe place to show up however you feel called to.

What you SHOULD NOT expect at our Birth Story Circles:

🚫Any shaming or judgement.
🚫Assuming one kind of birth is better or worse than another.
🚫Exclusionary or divisive language or behavior.

We like to think of these circles as a place where you can lay your story down and just let it be held by your community.
