5 things I wish I knew before starting Lagree!!
1️⃣You don’t need to be “fit” to start! Lagree meets you where you are and everything is adjustable. Feeling challenged means it’s working, not that you’re behind. 🤍
2️⃣Slow is the whole point. Moving with control lets you actually feel your muscles working instead of rushing through reps! 🐌
3️⃣It’s low impact and easy on your joints. No jumping, no pounding, just intentional strength. 💪
4️⃣Shaking is completely normal. 🫨 Everyone shakes. Even instructors. It’s your muscles getting stronger.
5️⃣You’ll feel stronger before you look stronger. 💪 Better posture, more confidence, more control. The rest comes with consistency.
