It’s that time of year!!!

Stop by one of our walk-in clinics to get your flu shot, no appointments needed!

If the above dates and times don’t work for you, no worries! You can come to clinic Monday thru Friday between 9a-12p and 2p-5p, just give our clinic a call to set up an appointment first. 970-221-3855.

We offer the vaccine for all ages and currently have the injections in clinic, we are expecting to have flu-mist early September.

*please note, you must be an established MVFM patient*
