🍇🥑🥥Following the dilution instructions for your particular blend, mix the essential oil blend with a carrier oil. Some popular carrier oils include coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, avocado oil, grapeseed oil. Because carrier oils are made from the fatty portions of a plant and don’t ev***rate as quickly as essential oils, mixing them togeter slows down the absorption rate, allowing for a longer aromatherapy experience. 🥥🥑🍇

❤️‍🔥Apply the oils to the part of the body that corresponds to your particular intention. You may add the oil to your heart center, temples, third eye chakra, wrists or other pulse points.
