The Movement Methods System is a fun and unique exploration of the body's capacity for building strength and dynamic motion! It is based in Silat, Yoga and other Martial Arts systems. MM focuses on a return to natural movement, with a twist. We are exploring not just traditional forms of movement, but exploring the variety that can be found in our natural world. Much of this system is based on a few key animal styles as well as Sila Yoga (and much more!). This system was developed right here in Fort Collins and is currently only being offered at The Dojo. The class schedule will be changing soon to accommodate more times so keep an eye out! Check out the Rough Haus TV & Youtube series for videos and more information!
