A New Leaf Counseling, LLC I believe everyone has the capacity for change and growth at anytime in their lives. I'm dedicated to helping my clients embrace change, adapt and cope.

I use a person-centered approach to provide my clients with tangible skills and strategies to help with anxiety, depression, phase of life struggles, relationships and improvement in their overall well-being. I work best with youth, adolescents, young adults and women of all ages to find ways to be happier and function more adequately in life.
