Newborn sleep is survival modeโthere's no way around it. But here are
some truths that might help: Your baby's sleep patterns are normal, even if they're hard. Sleep isn't linearโthere will be regressions. "Sleep when the baby sleeps" is lovely advice when it's actually possible. And asking for help so YOU can sleep isn't selfish, it's essential.
