Happy Teacher Tuesday🌟 Meet our newest team member Sarah Moore! Sarah is a Colorado native and has been practicing yoga for about 15 years. Her favorite classes to teach are restorative and yin. You can join her on Tuesdays for Tranquil Moon Flow from 6:30pm-7:30pm. Sarah is very excited and grateful to be at Soul Roots, continuing on the ever growing path of yoga.
