Meet Randy!

He tied for 4th place in 2024 platelet donations with 20 donations. He saved anywhere from 20-60 lives!

Why he donates:

"My parents instilled in my sister and me a drive to help the communities we live in. Donating blood products is just one of the ways I fulfill this drive. Donating platelets is very easy for me. As I tell people~ I just lay there and bleed. It's quite humbling to know that such a simple act on my part is so important for others in need.

For those "on the fence" about donating for the first time or donating again, please consider a donation. It's convenient, safe and comfortable, and you'll feel good.
From the moment you arrive at a Garth Englund Blood Donation Center you'll be treated with immense kindness and care by the very competent staff. Any questions you have will be patiently and thoroughly answered. We had an incredible time at the 2025 Platelet Donor Dinner and the casino games were a huge hit! 🃏🎲✨

Please join us in congratulating our top casino winners of the night: Bootise and Thelma. With some serious skill (and maybe a little luck), they walked away with the highest chip count and the bragging rights of the year. Also, let’s not forget Joseph P., who somehow managed to lose it all faster than we thought was humanly possible and walked away our "Biggest Loser". Better luck next year!
