Our Story

I provide psychotherapy for all age groups and have over 18 years of clinical experience. I do individual, couples, family, and play therapy. I treat a wide range of clinical issues: depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders (panic disorder, GAD, PTSD, OCD, etc.), eating disorders, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis, personality disorders (borderline, narcissistic, antisocial, histrionic, etc.), anger/domestic violence, and substance abuse/dependence. I assist clients dealing with various life stressors including job loss, grief, trauma, adjustment issues etc. I treat relationship/couples issues and family related concerns (communication, disruptive behavior, insecure attachments). I encourage and advocate for coping versus avoidance behavior. .
