Meet Elise. 🤍

“I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive, and genuine relationship.”

Elise is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) — and the way she holds space for her clients is unlike anything we’ve experienced.

Her work focuses on trauma recovery, blending somatic therapy, EMDR, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help people process difficult experiences and reconnect with themselves.

“Seeing people, especially family and those I love, who struggle with health breaks my heart. There are so many diseases/illnesses that can be positively affected by nutrition and lifestyle changes. Sometimes it’s small changes that can move the needle.

I like to help guide people in the right direction and hopefully remove the noise of all the health information out there. I also like to help people learn to trust their own body again.”

Hi, we are Ally & Holly, and we’re the founders of the holistic co. 🎉

A few years ago we had the dream of creating a holistic collective, one where we’d also like to work! One with passionate people all shining their own individual lights, coming together to make a whole.

With a gentle nudge from the Universe saying it was time, we began putting our visions into action June, 2025.

We had no idea how easy… and simultaneously challenging it would be. Easy in the sense that finding our practitioners has been incredibly seamless and organic, and challenging in almost every other way.

Pushing our growth, forcing us to delegate tasks, creating systems (oh, the systems), and experiencing immense vulnerability as we step into completely different roles than we were used to.

A few months later, we’ve never been happier… and busier! 😅 We have so many ideas coming down the road, and can’t wait to put them all into action but we are reminded every day that all comes in divine timing. AKA Be patient, present, and savor every moment. 🤍
