The Center for Family Outreach

The Center for Family Outreach We are a local non-profit that provides education, prevention and early intervention for youth. We also provide classes and support for parents and gradians!

The Center for Family Outreach was established in December of 2000 as a non-profit organization offering prevention, education and early intervention services for youth ages 11 to 18 and their families. We strive to restore hope and provide opportunities for those in need as we strengthen and inspire the youth of Larimer County and their families. Our specialties are one-on-one case management, mediation and early intervention strategies for youth. Some of our services include crisis intervention, life skills development, drug and alcohol education, communication skills, gender-identity classes and other educational classes for youth struggling with substance abuse, mental health issues, family conflict and at-risk behavior.

💙 Thank you, NOCO Unify!

Thanks to NOCO Unify’s generous grant, the Center for Family Outreach is expanding violence education and prevention for parents, equipping families with practical knowledge and tools that promote safety, healthy decision-making, and positive family relationships. This support is making a real difference for families across Northern Colorado.

Colorado Gives Day is TOMORROW!
Our teens need you now more than ever. ❤️

Grant funding across Colorado is shifting toward homelessness and food services, important work, but it means fewer resources for prevention, the support that helps teens avoid homelessness in the future.

For 25 years, The Center for Family Outreach has worked every day to help teens with:
✨ Substance use prevention
✨ Mental health support
✨ Healthy relationships
✨ Safe spaces and mentorship at TAC212

These programs change lives, but we can’t continue them without community help.

Every dollar makes a difference.
Help us keep teens safe, supported, and connected.
