🧡Been very busy with a few postpartum contracts this past month! I have been able to cook so much yummy food for my families in their postpartum chapter!
🧡I often provide home cooked meals for my clients so they solely focus on healing and spending time with their baby and family!
1. Chicken Parmesan: I made almost 6 lbs of chicken parmesan and chicken tenders so they can easily pop them in the air fryer or microwave and have a tasty quick meal. This was a fan favorite. (I often make this gluten free at home)
2. Butter Chicken: this was served with rice and naan; other than the naan it is gluten free! Super tasty!
3. Gluten Free Mac and Cheese
4. Beef and Broccoli: Served with rice and I added peppers and onions, I think water chestnuts would have been a good addition too.
5. Broccoli Cheddar Soup: Served with grilled cheese! I added butternut squash because it tastes very good in the flavor profile. (Great for kiddos who aren't the biggest fan of new veggies)
6. Lactation/Energy bites: I make 100s of these a month for clients
7. Banana Chocolate Oatmeal Muffins: easy high calorie bites that are great for breastfeeding
8,9,10. Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Poke bowls: This is a super easy meal to either reheat or serve cold, this created a few other meals.
11. More lactation/energy bites with more of the broccoli cheddar! Created about a half gallon of frozen soup cubes for later easy meals.
12. Egg, Sausage, Spinach Egg Bake: easy breakfast to pop in the microwave, lots of protein and nutrients!
14. Creamy Summer Vegetable Soup: Full of vegetables such as carrots, celery, zucchini and much more with a creamy coconut broth. Served with grilled cheese.
🧡 All of the meals created leftovers and meal prep to help ease families into life with a newborn!
Book me for Fall 2025 and Winter 2026!
