Is acupuncture safe?
Acupuncture is widely acknowledged as one of the safest forms of medicine. Acupuncture needles are pre-sterilized, individually packaged, and disposable. Acupuncturists undergo extensive training and are regulated by the individual states’ medical board.
One of the greatest advantages of acupuncture is that it has virtually no side effects. Occasionally a small temporary bruise may appear at the site of an acupuncture needle. When compared to the laundry list of cautions and side effects for the average pharmaceutical drug, acupuncture is very low risk!
And we do our best to make it affordable with sliding scale payment fees as well as $25 chair acupuncture on Saturdays.

Good Morning Friend,
Your mission today should you choose it, will be to have a day of ease and joy. While this may seem out of your control, be assured you have all the components of making this happen.
One thing you will need to avoid is letting other people take your choice from you. It is a mission of utmost importance. Creating more ease and joy in the world will create the change the world is asking for as well as our planet.
Don’t be fooled by others who think this is an impossible mission. They will try to tell you that joy doesn’t exist on this planet and to be in joy is to be out of your mind. That part is true, but not to be mistaken as a wrongness, but rather a strong-ness. As we need to get out of our limited thinking so that we can experience the richness of life.
Good luck friend as you embark on this life changing mission.
